We understand that when there's an issue with your hot tub it can interrupt the pleasure that your hot tub is designed to bring you. That's why we try to make it as easy as possible to help with rectifying any issues you have, no matter how big or small.
Please note that the showroom will not be able to deal with any problems or issues relating to your hot tub or its installation as these are dealt with by our dedicated repairs and maintenance department.

Please note response to tickets will be within 24 hours Monday-Friday. Any tickets placed after 3pm on Friday will be responded to on Monday - *CHRISTMAS 2020 - TICKETS WILL BE PICKED UP ON MONDAY 4th JANUARY WHEN THE 24hr RESPONSE TIME WILL BE RESUMED
